The AI assistant and translation

These two tools are optional and are set in the AI and Tools tabs of the settings. The provider for each is chosen by the platform, with a monthly quota: you can see what you have consumed there, and consumption resets to zero every month. If the provider is set to "None", the tool is simply absent from your admin panel.

The AI assistant

The assistant opens from any screen of the admin panel and is driven in plain language: "add a yoga session with Marie every Monday at 9 am". It finds the coach and the activity by name, understands the time and the recurrence, then presents the action it proposes.

Nothing is ever created without your confirmation: the assistant proposes, you approve or cancel. Re-read the proposal — a namesake coach or a misread hour shows up at once, and is fixed faster than a recurring session created in error. The conversation is kept for the session and cleared with one button.

The same AI powers the generation button in the SEO tab of your pages and products: it writes a title and a description from your content.

Translation

When translation is enabled, a button appears on translatable content and fills the missing language from the one you have just written. It is available on pages, products, activities, coaches, email templates, menus, forms and media.

  • A translation is a first draft: re-read it, especially on the pages that sell.
  • The quota is counted in characters translated per month. Once exhausted, the button disappears until the following month.
  • Translating overwrites the existing version in the target language: do not run it on a text you have already reworked by hand.
